Prenatal & postnatal
Safe, strong movement at every stage
What it is
Small group classes adapted to every trimester, plus a separate postnatal track that starts with the pelvic floor and builds from there. Prenatal work moves into side lying and supported seated positions as pregnancy progresses, and we swap anything that stops being comfortable.
The postnatal track begins slower than most people expect. Breath and deep abdominal connection first, then load, then the things you actually want to do again.
Who it suits
Anyone who is pregnant or in the first year after birth, at any level of experience. You do not need to have done Pilates before, and plenty of people start here.
If you had a caesarean or a complicated delivery, we usually suggest one private session first so we can go at your pace before you join the group.
Before you book
Bring the go ahead from your midwife or doctor to your first class, and tell us anything you have been asked to avoid. We keep these groups to six so every adjustment stays personal.
Babies are welcome in the postnatal slots on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and there is space at the side of the room for prams.
Your first class is on us.
Reformer or mat, any level. No membership needed, just pick a time that suits you.
