Reformer Sculpt
50 min

Heavier springs and a faster tempo for members who know the machine. Strength, endurance and precision, in that order, for fifty minutes.
What a class looks like
A short warm up, then blocks of work built around a single pattern: legs, then pulling, then pressing, then a standing or kneeling series that asks your balance to keep up. Repetitions are higher than in Foundations and the rest between blocks is shorter. Springs change often, so knowing how to load your own machine quickly is part of the class.
We finish with something slow. Coming down properly matters as much as the work.
Who it is for
Members who are comfortable setting up their own reformer and can hold a neutral spine without being reminded. If you have done six to eight reformer classes and stopped needing to look at your neighbour, you are ready.
What to bring
Grippy socks and something you are happy to sweat in. This is the class where the water bottle earns its place, so bring one and leave it by the wall.
Good to know
Heavier springs are not automatically harder. Your teacher may lighten your load halfway through a block, which usually means the exercise is about to ask more of you, not less. Take the change and trust it.
